About PBBHC

The largest behavioral health hospital in West Texas.

Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center is a non-profit, purpose-built psychiatric hospital in Midland, Texas, serving a region of more than 17 counties across West Texas and southeastern New Mexico that has long gone without local mental health care.

Our campus brings inpatient psychiatry, crisis assessment, specialty forensic programs, and outpatient therapy together under one roof — so patients can move between levels of care without leaving the community they call home.
